Seafood

Le groupe indie rock Seafood se forme en 1997 avec David Line (guitare, chant), Charles MacLeod (guitare), Caroline Banks (batterie) et Kevin Hendrick (basse). Il sort en 1999 un mini album intitulé Messenger In the Camp. Les singles Easy Path, This Is Not An Exit et Belt grimpent dans les charts indie. La formation s'inspire de Sebadoh, Pavement, Mogwai ou encore My Bloody Valentine et enregistre sous la direction de Ian McCutchon son premier album Surviving the Quiet en 1999. Ils remettent le couvert et nous délivre un nouvel opus intitulé When Do We start Fighting... toujours aussi impréssionant! En 2004, Seafood signe As the Cry Flows.
